2) How to Submit a Takedown Request

To help us process your request quickly, please email support@easycoloring.ai with the subject line:

"Takedown Request - EasyColoring.ai"

Include the following information:

A. Identify the Material on EasyColoring.ai

  • The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content appears
  • If the issue is a downloadable file, include the page URL that contains the download button/link

B. Identify the Original Work

  • A brief description of the copyrighted work or IP you own (or represent)
  • A link to the original work (if available) or other information that clearly identifies it

C. Your Contact Information

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Company/organization (if applicable)
  • Optional but helpful: mailing address and phone number

D. Required Statements

Please include these statements (copy/paste is fine):

  1. Good-Faith Belief: "I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  2. Accuracy & Authority: "I confirm that the information in this notice is accurate, and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on the owner's behalf."

E. Signature

  • A physical or electronic signature (e.g., typed full name is acceptable)

3) What Happens After You Submit

Our typical process:

  • Acknowledgment: We'll confirm we received your request (usually within a few business days).
  • Review: We'll review the claim and may ask for additional details if something is unclear or incomplete.
  • Action: If the request is valid, we may remove the content, disable access to it, or otherwise address the issue. We may also take steps to prevent repeated infringement.

4) If You're a Parent, Teacher, or Guardian

If you're reporting content for child safety, privacy, or age-appropriateness concerns, you can use the same contact method (support@easycoloring.ai) and include:

  • The URL(s)
  • A short explanation of the concern
  • Any context that helps us review quickly

We take these reports seriously and will prioritize them when possible.

5) Counter-Notice / Disputes (If Content Was Removed)

If you are a user or contributor whose content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may reply to our takedown email thread with:

  • The URL(s) of the removed content (or where it was previously located)
  • A clear explanation of why you believe the removal was a mistake
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the content is not infringing
  • Your name and contact information

We will review your response. In some cases, we may restore content if the dispute is resolved or if the original claimant does not pursue further action. (We may also require additional documentation depending on the situation.)

  • Incomplete requests may delay processing.
  • False or misleading claims may result in legal responsibility.
  • We may share the details of a takedown request with the user who posted/submitted the content (if applicable), or with service providers assisting us, as needed to process the request.
